On November 25—26, 2011, Minsk hosted the VIIth International Business Conference “TOP-management: Smart Money”. Roman Pakholkov, CEO of Promwad Innovation Company, and Juliya Vinogradova, CFO, took part as the guest experts in this event for business owners and TOP-managers from Russia, Belarus, the Ukraine, Baltic States and other countries.

Promwad specialists first participated in the TOP-management Conference in 2008 when the subject matter was focused on “the power of innovations”. Promwad Innovation Company was one of the sponsors that time.

The present topic was based on the concept of “smart money”, which determines knowledge, competence and human relations as the key value in opposition to “fruitless” paper money.
