On October 26–28, Prague (Czech Republic) holds the largest European Linux Conference – LinuxCon Europe 2011. It is combined with a traditional Embedded Linux Conference Europe (ELCE) which is a specialized event for the experts in embedded systems. Ivan Kuten, Promwad’s expert and the head of R&D department, attends LinuxCon/ELCE this year.

It is the first time LinuxCon is held in Europe as an innovation of Linux Foundation. It’s a well-known fact that LinuxCon is the key event for Linux developers and users in North and South America and Asia. It has become a platform for developing cooperation and adoption of educational programs. Now such a conference appears in Europe.
